On the product page, all visitors are allowed to enter their experience or opinion about the product. Ratings / comments can be entered as visitors, and these comments are always published only with personal data entered by the customer or visitor. If a comment has been entered by the visitor, it is not possible for the visitor to subsequently request correction, modification or deletion of the comment.
All comments go through a content check before publication and appear on the page itself after the check, and at the latest after 24 hours. The content check and selection is not done on the basis of the product rating alone, every reasoned rating, even an unsatisfactory one, will be published. Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in European currency - EUR. The amount for which your credit card account will be charged is obtained by converting the price in your local currency into Euros according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Peru. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency at the exchange rate of the credit card association. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference to the original price listed on our website.
All payments will be effected in Euros (EUR). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in your local currency into Euros according to the current exchange rate of the Peruvian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. The maximum delivery time in accordance with the legislation is 30 days, however for most products the usual delivery time is about 15 days from the confirmation of the order. Deliveries are usually made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. in accordance with the schedule of the local Post courier service, so it is necessary to enter the address where it is possible to receive the shipment during that period, as well as the exact contact phone number where the person who will receive the shipment is available.
Notifying customers about non-delivery or partial delivery
In the case of the impossibility of delivering the complete order, when the total value of less than 30% of the total value of the order is missing for completion, the buyer is delivered a shipment with the available products, with a reduction of the total amount for the price of the products that were not delivered, and without mandatory prior notification of the buyer about the incompleteness purchase orders. Customers certainly have the right to cancel the purchase, which they can use if they do not want an incomplete order.
In case of impossibility of delivery of the complete order or part of the product with a value greater than 30% of the total value of the order, as well as in case of impossibility of delivery of the shipment within 30 days, the buyer is informed as soon as possible and at the latest within 7 working days, in order to do possible change of the order, agreed partial delivery or canceled the entire order. The customer will not be able to be notified if he entered the wrong e-mail address, the wrong contact phone number or a phone number that has been unavailable for a long time during registration or purchase.
The total amount to be paid is always the amount of the final bill. If this amount is less than the amount paid by the customer by card online, after issuing the invoice, only the reduced amount per invoice is charged, while the difference is automatically released.
Changing and canceling an order before shipping
Customers can modify or completely cancel an order at any time after order confirmation until the time of shipment without any additional costs. Cancellation of purchase after dispatch / receipt of shipment (Right to withdraw from the purchase contract)
Buyers have the right to cancel the purchase at any time after the dispatch of the shipment and up to 14 days from the moment of receipt of the shipment, without giving a reason, in which case the buyer shall bear the costs of delivery and return of the product, as well as the cost of reducing the value of the product in case the products were unpacked from of the original packaging, in the amount determined after the return of the product. In the event that the product is not unpacked from the original packaging, the customer receives a full refund of the price of the returned product.
In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase, without giving reasons, the buyer must send an e-mail to superfoodsperuvian@gmail.com with a request, i.e. a completed form.
In case of cancellation of the purchase after shipment or failure to collect the shipment from the courier service, the buyer bears the costs of delivery and return of the shipment. Depending on the method of payment for the order, this amount is charged from the payment card, from the paid amount, or a payment invitation is sent to the customer. If the customer has outstanding obligations, it is not possible to deliver new orders.
Warranty / product compliance
In accordance with legal regulations, all products are subject to fitness for purpose within 1 year from the date of purchase. For products for which the warranty is valid for longer than 1 year, customers receive a separate warranty card, for all other products, the customer's rights due to non-conformity / product failure can be exercised with proof of purchase (receipt).

Complaints about the lack of delivery of the order within the agreed time period should be submitted by the customer immediately after the deadline specified for the delivery of the ordered product has expired.
Complaints about the quantity received, deviations in the type of product from the ordered, possible damage or product quality, customers should send as soon as possible after receiving the shipment, i.e. no later than within 3 days of receiving the package.
The complaint must contain: customer identification data (name and surname, e-mail address registered during the order), order identification number (order / invoice number), as well as a detailed description of the complaint.
PS approaches the resolution of each complaint immediately upon receipt, but depending on the content of the complaint and the need to investigate several factors, the deadline for responding to the complaint is 7 days from the date of receipt of the last information for the complaint.
The basic principle by which PS is guided in resolving complaints is the principle of a good trader who cares about the satisfaction of his customers.
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, if the buyer believes that his complaint was unjustifiably rejected, he can initiate a procedure for out-of-court settlement of the dispute with a dispute resolution body (mediator/intermediary) in which the participation of the seller is mandatory. The buyer can initiate the procedure through the appropriate service of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications. Out-of-court settlement of disputes in accordance with the Law can last no longer than 90 days from the date of submission of the proposal.
REFUND

Refunds are made exclusively in the above-mentioned manner, by payment to a EUR current account, and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, PS is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.
